Wasl Terms of Service

1. 1.The service

   Wasl lets you choose a reel, set keywords and send one private reply to each person who comments a keyword. When the person responds, and if you choose once they follow your account, Wasl sends the link you set. Wasl works through Meta’s official Instagram APIs and only within the permissions you approve.

2. 2.Who can use Wasl

   • You are at least 18 years old.
   • You own the Instagram professional account you connect, or you are authorised to manage it.
   • You use Wasl for business or creator activity.

3. 3.Your responsibilities

   • You are responsible for the messages, links and offers you send through Wasl, and for making sure they are accurate and lawful.
   • You must follow Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines and Meta’s Platform Terms.
   • You must keep your Wasl sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.

4. 4.Acceptable use

   You must not use Wasl to:

   • message anyone who did not comment the keyword you set, or send messages unrelated to their comment;
   • send spam, misleading claims, or links to phishing, malware or unlawful content;
   • promote illegal goods or services, gambling, adult content, or anything Instagram does not allow;
   • collect personal information from recipients without a lawful basis and a clear explanation;
   • interfere with Wasl, try to bypass its limits, or access it by automated means other than its normal interface.

   We may pause a campaign or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where the risk to recipients or to Wasl’s access to Instagram is serious, we may do so without notice.

5. 5.Plans, limits and payment

   • Wasl offers a free plan and paid plans. Each plan has its own monthly message limit and features, shown on the pricing page.
   • Messages sent on the free plan include a short line saying they were sent with Wasl.
   • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in the currency shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled.
   • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
   • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. A new price applies from your next billing period.

6. 6.Availability and Meta’s platform

   Wasl depends on Instagram and Meta’s APIs. Meta can change, limit or withdraw access to its platform at any time, which may affect or stop Wasl’s features. We work to keep Wasl available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every message will be delivered.

7. 7.Intellectual property

   Wasl, its software and its design belong to Eng. Moath Alherani. You keep all rights in your content and links, and you allow us to use them only as needed to run your campaigns.

8. 8.Privacy

   The Wasl Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. When you use Wasl to message people, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so.

9. 9.Disclaimers

   Wasl is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about results such as reach, followers or sales.

10. 10.Limitation of liability

    To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or loss of access to Instagram. Our total liability for any claim relating to Wasl is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or AED 100 if you used only the free plan.

11. 11.Indemnity

    You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if a third party brings a claim against us because of messages or links you sent through Wasl, or because you broke these terms.

12. 12.Ending the service

    You can stop using Wasl at any time by disconnecting Instagram and deleting your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if Meta requires it. If we stop offering Wasl, we will give reasonable notice where we can and refund prepaid fees for the unused period.

13. 13.Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

14. 14.Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell account owners about significant changes before they take effect. If you keep using Wasl after that, you accept the updated terms.
