Delete your Wasl data

1. 1.If you connected an Instagram account to Wasl

   1. Sign in to your Wasl dashboard and pause any active campaign.
   2. Choose Disconnect my account. Wasl deletes your access token and stops receiving events from your account immediately.
   3. To delete everything, choose Delete my data in the dashboard. You can also email collab@moathalherani.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my Wasl account”. Either way we delete your account, campaigns, delivery records and fingerprints.

2. 2.Remove Wasl from Instagram

   1. In the Instagram app, open Settings and activity, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites.
   2. Select Wasl and choose Remove.
   3. Wasl loses access straight away. Email us as described above if you also want stored records deleted.

3. 3.If you received a message from Wasl

   Wasl keeps only a one-way fingerprint of your Instagram ID and the result of the message, so the same campaign never messages you twice. To delete it, email collab@moathalherani.com with your Instagram username and the account that messaged you. We delete matching records and reply to confirm.

   Messages already delivered stay in your Instagram inbox. You can delete them in Instagram.

4. 4.What we delete

   • Instagram access tokens.
   • Campaign settings and statistics.
   • Encrypted delivery references and duplicate-prevention fingerprints.
   • Billing records are kept only for as long as tax law requires.
