Founded in 2022 in Dubai. I am the founder and manage the business day to day. My engineering background is the reason I look at a property the way I do: the build quality first, then the numbers.

Atwaar Decoration Design
Founded in 2018 in Dubai. Interior and fit out work, from drawings to handover. It is where most of my week goes, and where I learned what a client actually needs to see before they say yes.

Civil and environmental engineering
I graduated from the University of Sharjah and worked as a project engineer at Arabtec Construction and Dubai Properties before starting my own companies. Site work, programmes, consultants and handovers. That decade is still how I read a brief.
